About recycled numbers

Telecom companies in India follow TRAI rules. If a mobile number stays disconnected for about 90 days, the company can put it back in the market for sale. We buy such numbers directly from telecom companies and keep them with us for another 90 to 120 days before selling. So by the time you buy a number from us, it has usually not been used by anyone for 180 to 210 days. However, we cannot know who owned the number before, or on which apps and websites they had registered it (for example WhatsApp or any other app). Because of this old history, a rare number may sometimes face an issue on WhatsApp or another app. This is beyond our control.

WhatsApp is owned by Meta, not by us. We only sell the mobile number. We have no control over WhatsApp.

If WhatsApp does not work on your number - for example registration fails, OTP does not come, or the account gets banned - this is between you and WhatsApp/Meta.

VIP Number Shop is not responsible for any WhatsApp issue, before or after your purchase.

WhatsApp problems are not a reason for refund or replacement.

Network and service issues are handled by the telecom operator, not by VIP Number Shop.
